OK, it's a Park Plaza, so you know what to expect, and Utrecht delivered as expected. It is a business hotel with all the business amenities served in just the proper way. Above all it is in easy walking distance of the town Center.

The room, location and the city were so nice. Reaching the room with digital check in with a key it's realy great experience to have. Also the stuff were so friendly always. Also parking my car was easy, and I paid 30 euros per day.

Centrally located, Utrecht station is only 10 minutes walk away, as is central Utrecht with its large shopping centre and an array of cafe’s bars and restaurants. Lovely hotel with warm welcoming staff. Our room was immaculate, beautiful walk in shower large comfortable bed, what more do you need! Massive Tv ! The breakfast was great, lots of it from continental meats and fresh fruit with yoghurt along with cereals to the hot selection. Scrambled eggs, sausages,bacon, coffee and tea. We were seated straight away and greeted with a smiley welcome.

The rooms are very confortable and quiet (surprising with this location). We had a family room, which is basically 2 double rooms connected : perfect !! The kids were tired so we had dinner at the hotel. We didn’t expect anything but what a nice surprise ! The dinner was delicious (hamburgers, steak and grilled fish - desserts very nice too). The staff was incredibly friendly and they adapted the orders to our kids wishes ! The breakfast buffet was also amazing, and both kids didn’t pay. Truly a good surprise !

We stayed for 5 days. The hotel was beautifully designed, spotless and well-maintained, and it is located in the center with easy access to the train station, public transportation and walking distance to the old part of the city. The breakfast each morning was generous, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The gym was also impressive—spacious, well-equipped. Most importantly, the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional.

Location was fine, although images can be quite misleading, staff not well coordinated and strangely not aware about room freshner, deo, Fragnance. Everydays cleaning also not upto the the mark or standards. Body wash was also not filled before and even after reminder got only filled on last day of visit. Breakfast seems to be monotonous with no coordination among staff about the time too! Certain days upto 11AM and on certai days 10:30am, but no one felt like informing Customers in advance.

we booked the family rooms connecting rooms. spacious , 2 tvs, very clean, modern, towels ,bathrobes, slippers provided . Hotel staff were lovely polite ,booked taxis for us no problem, Reception were extremely helpful with little tips of surrounding areas . Housekeeping daily ,Breakfast was amazing choice and so delicious ,great value for money. Hotel in a prime position so close to the train station ,massive mall old utrecht is lovely . Utrecht people were so kind pleasant Would definitely return here Thankyou park plaza for welcoming us and making our stay enjoyable .

The two rooms joined together to make a family suit were excellent and better than I expected. The staff were fantastic. We had excellent recommendations from one of the staff members serving breakfast for places to eat and for things for the children to do - Ping pong and the 'cat cafe' were good recommendations thanks. The hotel was well located within a couple of minutes of Utrect train station. We paid just over £600 for 4 people ( two adults, two 11 year olds) for three nights with breakfast, which would be comparable (or better) to Airbnb. I get the impression that this is a business hotel so the price for an Easter break was pretty good.

Spacious room with air conditioning, a minibar, a super large and comfortable bed, and a TV with approximately 70 channels. There’s a great desk for working, and the room is well-lit. Breakfast isn’t exceptional but is quite good—I enjoyed it. The bathroom is large and well-equipped, and by far, my favorite part was the shower, which had a temperature regulator, perfect for these cold days. The hotel is well-located, although it can be a bit tricky to find if you’re unfamiliar with the area, as it’s next to the train tracks—but nothing too serious. I would definitely stay here again!
